Philosophy Talks
Good conversations start with good questions. Inspired by the Salem Talks Science series, Philosophy Talks invites curious minds to gather each month and explore topics that challenge assumptions, spark discussion, and encourage deeper thinking. Free, all ages welcome. 6:30 p.m. second Monday of the month at Venti’s Cafe.
Summer Reading Challenge
Salem Public Library’s Summer Reading Challenge is underway. Earn rewards and chances at prizes by signing up and tracking the time you spend reading or listening to books. The library also offers a listening club for pre-readers and their parents to encourage the continued development of early literacy skills that babies, toddlers, and preschoolers need in order to become readers.
