With more than 200 vendors at its summer peak, Salem Saturday Market highlights handmade, homegrown, and homespun goods for a weekly tradition that draws shoppers from around the city. 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays at 865 Marion St SE.

For a Midweek Produce Run…

Can’t make it on Saturday? During the week (through September), Salem Community Markets Mini Markets bring fresh produce, local foods, and artisan products to: 

  • Salem Hospital, 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Mondays
  • Chemeketa Community College, 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesdays 
  • West Salem, 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursdays

For Year-Round Shopping…

The People’s Creative Market blends local artists, food, music, and creative expression into one colorful afternoon. 2 to 7 p.m. first Sunday of the month in Salem’s Historic Grand Theatre parking lot, 187 High St NE. dragonwolfcollective.com

Market in the Vines…Under the Stars — Twinkling lights, local wine, live music, artisan vendors, and cozy fire pits transform Hudak House into an atmospheric shopping experience. For Flea Market Finds…

Fussy Flea Market returns, bringing dozens of vendors together to share wares of all sorts, from fashion to vintage, pottery to baked goods, toys to art. Jul 18, Aug 15, Sep 19 at 3170 Commercial St SE.

For the Fantasy Fan…

Step into a world of fantasy, creativity, and community at The Outer Realms Wanderfest, where art, imagination, and self-expression take center stage. Costumes are encouraged, magic is welcome, and whimsical surprises await around every corner. Jul 18 and 19 at Woodmansee Park.

For More than Just a Market…

For the Treasure Hunter…

Hunt for hidden treasures at Antiks in the Alley, an outdoor market behind Engelberg Antiks that features vintage finds, collectibles, home décor, art, and more from local vendors, making it the perfect stop for anyone who loves a good thrift-inspired discovery. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug 22 in the Grand Theatre parking lot.
