The InstigatorRead all about it! The book giveaway for the 2023 Salem Reads program takes place on Wednesday, Dec. 7 at 10 a.m. at the Salem Public Library main branch at 585 Liberty St SE and 12 p.m. at the West Salem Branch Library, 395 Glen Creek Rd NW.
Trevor is a South African comedian, television and radio host, and actor. He currently hosts The Daily Show, a late-night television talk show on Comedy Central. Born a Crime is his best-selling memoir which tells the story of his early life as the child of a white Swiss father and a black Xhosa mother, born in South Africa during the waning days of apartheid.
Choose a print book in Spanish or English for adults or It’s Trevor Noah, adapted for young readers (age 9-14) in English. Limit one book per visitor while supply lasts.

Salem Reads is a community-wide reading project that invites everyone in Salem to read the same book, take part in discussions, and enjoy related programs, runs throughout the month of February.Â
