First Thursday Contra Dance

First Thursday Contra Dance returns with nationally known caller Gaye Fifer from Pittsburgh and Pringle Creek band playing tunes. All dances are taught and no partner is needed, but if you need a little extra support, a beginner lesson starts at 6 p.m. The fun takes place from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Sept 3 at the VFW Hall, 630 Hood St.
