The InstigatorExplore your culinary side. Build your own bar at Chomp! Chocolate Factory, 2195 Hyacinth St NE #134. The local chocolatier is hosting a chocolate bar-building event 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, December 2.
How it works:
Watch your factory-fresh chocolate bar poured right in front of you. (The bar will be Chomp’s oat milk chocolate which is vegan, soy-free and gluten-free.)
Choose up to nine toppings to create your signature chocolate treat. Special holiday toppings include crushed candy cane, holiday sprinkles, cranberry crumb and more.
While your bar sets, create your official packaging, then take in the sights, sounds and smells of the factory. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes for a bar to set.
Participants must sign up in advance so the factory can avoid bottlenecks.
Cost is $15 a bar. One bar is one ticket. Buy a ticket for every bar your group will be making. There are 25 tickets/bars available for each time slot. Register online here.
