Light Treason, the brainchild of musician Ronan Baker, will bring its haunting new project, Ghost Light: Aperitif Mort, to life with a one-night-only performance. The event coincides with the album’s digital release, which follows the story of a reunion concert unraveling under the weight of ghosts — both real and metaphorical.
Part concert, part theater, the show draws audiences into a ghostly tale unfolding on stage. Attendees are encouraged to lean into the spooky theme by dressing in Halloween attire, adding to the atmosphere of the evening.
This marks the first collaborative project under the Light Treason banner and features a notable lineup of Oregon musicians: Sean McCleod (Boundless Joy), Ben Thede (Summer Eyes, Wywolf), Jarred Venti (RiverCity Rockstar Academy, JFK, Sleep Millennium…), Erin Nelson (Keep Going), Matt Stone, and Kira Nesser.
More than a concert, this show blends music and theater into an immersive, multimedia experience, set within the walls of the very venue depicted in the album’s narrative.
Experience it yourself 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct 16, 2025, at Salem’s Historic Grand Theatre. Click here for tickets.
