The second year is in the books for MIG Fest, one of Salem’s outdoor music gems that brings an all-ages afternoon of punk and ska to the wondrous setting of Minto Island Growers, a certified organic fruit, vegetable and tea farm located about 10 minutes from downtown.
This year’s lineup featured NYC kings of ska The Slackers, LA ska band Matamoska!, OC ska-punk band Bite Me Bambi, Southern Cali punk rockers Year of the Fist and Salem’s own socio-punk trio City of Pieces.
